Housekeeping needs improvement!!! Constant interruptions and poor communication about cleaning schedules left us feeling uneasy. Also, the pool's size did not match the photos, which was disappointing for families looking for more space!!!

I had an amazing stay with an incredible breakfast buffet and spotless rooms. Also, the beautiful bathroom setup made everything feel more upscale! I’d definitely come back here again.

Every moment spent here was pure bliss! The fine river view from my beautiful room was amazing I was blown away by the amazing comfort of the bed-totally perfect for snuggling in after a day of exploring!

We had a great group trip! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the south bank of the river. We enjoyed a lively pool party atmosphere with excellent drinks in hand. For future guests, check out the dining options nearby—they’re fantastic! The staff was really accommodating, making our stay memorable.

The deluxe river view room was a standout with gorgeous views and a super comfy bed. Enjoyed the vibrant location with amazing bars nearby.

Had a fantastic stay, enjoying a comfy two nights in a standard queen room. The great option of going green with a voucher for food and drinks. The outdoor swimming pool and cocktail service by the pool made for a perfect way to relax after a busy day. Only downside was a minor cleanliness hiccup, but it didn't ruin my great time overall! 🌟

The hotel offered a fantastic location close to cultural attractions, making it easy for our family to explore. staying at rydges was a delight! the beds were super comfortable, and we loved how easy it was to get to the convention centre. the art on the walls matched the lovely view from our room on the third floor. with its prime location near southbank and other hotspots, it made our stay truly enjoyable.
